Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Egypt. Shipping fees are shown at checkout.
How can I pay?
Choose Cash on Delivery (pay when your order arrives), or InstaPay (manual transfer). For InstaPay, transfer your order total including shipping using our InstaPay payment link. After transferring, send your payment screenshot and order number to Instagram @candlemere_ or via phone/WhatsApp at 01120202611. We will verify receipt of funds before processing your order. Please do not send any PIN, OTP, or password.
What is the candle weight?
Our candles are available in different sizes and weights. Each product page displays the available size options and the exact net wax weight. All weights refer to the wax only, excluding the container and packaging.
Returns?
